Animation was the fuel of Transocean year-end party, in Ilha do Laser at Araruama. Pools, Ziplining, Wall Climbing, BBQ and traditional arrival of Santa Claus closed, with a flourish, the year 2012 of the 300 guests who attended this great celebration. Enchantment was the watchword of the party's year-end of Sete Brazil, on Miranda at Lagoon. The 80 employees were greeted by fairies and invited to go through a magical tunnel, and find out: What is the magic of Sete Brazil?! Four different videos produced by Inpress Marketing, ran on looping on flat Led screen and indicated the response to the guest, that on the exit of the tunnel, was surprised by the response.

Vivo Rio became small for the joy that swept the Schlumberger year-end party . Over a thousand participants danced to the Monobloco band, took fun photos and enjoyed until daybreak. Event production and coordination Okasion Eventos.

In The Groove Night Party concept, created and produced by Okasion, Statoil received its 300 employees at the Yacht Club of Rio de Janeiro, on December 6. DJ Taw, of Rastropop, in charge of knobs and Bloise Buffet in food and beverage service, punctuated the night. The décor was signed by Bianca Bloise projects.

Oceaneering took about a thousand guests, including employees and their families, to socialize on 02 December, on the site Lonier. Production and coordination of Okasion, the participants enjoyed the beautiful sunny day with lots of entertainment and eager awaited the arrival of Santa.

Christmas came early for the children of employees of Schlumberger! Over 300 guests, including parents and children, enjoyed the sunny Sunday, Nov. 24, in Sitio Meio do Mato, to celebrate the arrival of Santa. Barbecue, the samba group Três valetes e uma dama, workshop of kites, recreational toys, among other entertainment complemented the day of fun and joy. Organization and production Okasion Eventos.

Ferramentas São Romão attended the Feira Construir Rio 2012, held at RioCentro, Rio de Janeiro (RJ) on days 7 to 10 of November. Okasion Eventos hired for this job, coordinated the design and assembly with E +2.

With 1000m2 NEOBUS's booth was one of the most visited booth in Fetransrio 9th, 15th Etransport, which took place between days 03 and 05 October 2012, in Riocentro. A great event that brought together the main bus manufacturers in the country. Okasion Eventos was the winner agency of the bidding for hiring the company responsible for the design and assembly of the booth and all support services. With 230m2, Halliburton's booth was one of the most visited in the Rio Oil and Gas Exhibition, held between 17 and 20 September 2012, at Riocentro. Okasion was the winner of the bidding agency for hiring the company responsible for the design and assembly of the stand, and all support services. With Octaplan Arquitetura and Bloise Buffet.

The foyer of the old Teatro Russel, in the Manchete building, on the 14th of September, was the scene of celebration that commemorated the 40th anniversary of the founding of the company multinational. Tasteful and animation set the tone of the party. With Bianca Bloise Projetos, Bloise Buffet and Carlos Eduardo Som e Luz.

In another challenge, Okasion Eventos and Bianca Bloise Project turned on Sept. 11, a refectory in a refined environment to receive 60 international investors to a cocktail followed by dinner. Bloise Buffet shone at F & B and Carlos Eduardo Luz e Som set the tone with a light bossa nova lounge..

Okasion Eventos hired and coordinated support services to Sete Brasil and Baker Hughes on the XV Mostra Puc, the largest internship and job opportunities, that happened during the 07th and August 10th on the campus of PUC-Rio.

During the 28th and 29th of June, the Procurement department of Statoil, carrier oil, teambuilding held in Caminho Real Resort. Among the various activities, the group participated in a walk Endurance Business, Italian dinner and stretching fun. It fell to Okasion survey of hotels, entertainment suggestions and local coordination.

Okasion attended the Cúpula dos Povos, during the Rio +20, the institutional stand of Fundação Banco do Brasil. Grupo Vibe, agency responsible for the account of FBB, choose 2Vértices design for this job.

Engevix attended the 2012 LAS / ANS Symposium, held at the Othon Hotel, Rio de Janeiro, on 2-5 July. Okasion Eventos hired for this job, coordinated the design and the assembly of this booth from E+2.

Projeto Memória, an initiative of the Fundation Banco do Brasil, paid tribute to Carlos Drummond de Andrade, with exposure followed by cocktails at the Palácio Gustavo Capanema, downtown in Rio de Janeiro, on June 4. Over 200 people attended the event. Okasion Eventos won the bidding process for the production of the event, opened by Vibe Group in Brasilia, the agency responsible for the events of the Foundation.

Statoil, given the splendid growth of Brazil and the need of increasingly more technical and behavioral training, held on 21 May, the Production Day for 70 participants. The event was aimed to support their leaders to develop, train, integrate, motivate and retain talent. The Okasion was hired to organize this challenge. From choosing the venue, culminating with the Bowling Tournament between the teams.

December 10, Lajedo III was the host to a fun production. With circus theme, Statoil party in Vargem Pequena had more than 200 people. Okasion was selected to produce the party, which offered to children entertainment with circus performers, storytellers and many toys. The adults had soccer tournament, barbecue, Carioca bar, Japanese food and show with the band Trilogy and more.

Good taste and excitement did not miss at the party of Tauil & Chequer Advogados associate to Mayer Brown LLP, held on December 8th, at the Copacabana Palace. With exquisite decor, catering by Copacabana Palace, stand-up comedy by Paul Gustavo and show of the Soul de Quem Quiser band, more than 300 guests danced and toasted the 10th anniversary of the company. Selected to produce the event, Okasion coordinated every detail, from booking air and lodging, to the development the gift delivered at the end of the event.

Starfish Sonangol, the Angolan oil company, celebrated with 200 employees the beautiful result of the company in 2011 At Villa Riso, on December 16th. The excitement and joy contagious between Brazilians and Angolans rocked the dance floor, led by the band Ecletics.
Okasion produced and did the overall coordination.

The 600 employees of Oceaneering were blessed by a beautiful sunny Sunday, on December 17th at Sítio Meio do Mato, in Ilha de Guaratiba. Games, barbecue, distribution of prizes and the arrival of Santa Claus in a helicopter, which closed the event with a golden key.
Production and General Coordination by Okasion

The Australian Cladtek promoted on Sept. 19, in Windsor Atlantica, the Linig and Cladding Technology Workshop, in order to better present the cladding technology, unprecedented in Brazil. Established in Brazil since 2010, Brazil Cladtek chose Okasion to organize and coordinate the entire event, attended by over 100 participants.

Engevix, three-time champion of Best and Biggest Prize of the Exame Magazine, participated in the HidroVision Brazil, between 20 and 22 September, at the Windsor Barra Hotel. The event provided a strategic platform for the introduction of opportunities, attracting an international audience of decision makers. Okasion was elected to assemble Engevix booth, among other services.

The eighth edition of the Rio Pipeline happened during the 20th and Sept. 22, at the Convention Center Sulamerica, RJ. The conference and exhibition discussed among other things, the new technological challenges and the increase in demand for goods and services in the pipeline industry. With significant numbers: 150 exhibitors, 10% more than the last edition, 1.300 delegates from 27 countries and about 2.000 visitors, Rio Pipeline with the participation of Rosen Brazil and Oil States, who chose Okasion to assemble their booth, catering services, among others. Protubo elected Okasion to provide support services to the booth.

Not even the cold and rain drove away the engineering students of the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, which were in August 23rd, to participate in the Women in Technology event in Florianopolis, Santa Catarina. The event aims to encourage and inspire students to graduate in engineering, from various fields, to follow within a market still largely male. Approximately 100 women gathered in the auditorium of the University Events Center to exchange experiences with the speakers, successful women executives in the area. The initiative from a company of the oil and gas industry, the Women in Technology has encouraged about 300 women students in engineering courses in Rio and São Paulo. The Okasion had the pleasure of coordinating this road show.

The Expogef 2011, an exhibition of geophysical products and services, held at the Convention Center Sulamerica, ends on August 18th with growth of 45% over the previous edition. The number of companies participating in the event went from 42 to 61, reflecting the good moment of the market from the oil reservoirs discovered in giant pre-salt. Halliburton honors the event with marketing actions that have happened on the breaks of the tech session. Okasion was the company chosen for overall coordination since the  design options until providing support services.

The 6th edition of Brasil Offshore , realized between the 14th and 17th of this month, atracted 52.100 expectators to the Centro de Exposições Jornalista Roberto Marinho, in the city of Macaé, creating R$ 170 millions in business tranfers to the next 12 months. Okasion, present in the event through booth building and suport services to the following companies: Champion Tecnologies, Oil States, GE Oil & Gas, Petrolane, Conbor and Protubo.

The Lonier, events location in Vargem Pequena, was the stage for the Arraiá Family Day from Marine Oceaneering - Miltiflex, on August 28th. The 400 collaborators and directory members, from Rio de Janeiro and Niterói, had 2.200m² of covered area, between Atlantic Florest, Water Park with 4 pools and 2 waterslidings, football fields of natural grass, beach volleiball court and gamming room. Beyound the tradicionals mecanic bull, reagional food. High point of the day, Rodrigo Multimidia motivated adults and children to party hard.

Okasion was present with services like booth building, buffet, reception and general coordenation of eight costumers in the business fair Rio Petróleo & Gás 2010, that happened between the 13th and 16th of September, in Riocentro, RJ. According to the IBP website, during the four days of exposition and conference, 53.000 visitors from 51 countries, passed through the event. The number is superior in 33% to the 39.000 people in last edition, in 2008. "It wasn't just the biggest Rio Petróleo & Gas. Was the best of all editions", says the president of Instituto Brasileiro de Petróleo, Gas e Biocombustíveis (IBP), João Carlos de Luca, in the end cerimony.
